Consent to the collection and use of personal information (required)

1. Objective
Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘kgi.ai’, referred to as a corporate website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) processes the personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any other purposes not being addressed below, and if the objective to use the personal information would be changed, we will ask for prior consent.

1) Registration of members in the webpage and its management
We process the personal information for various notices and Q&A, etc.

③ In the case of correcting or deleting the errors of personal information by users, Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘kgi.ai’, referred to as a corporate website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) will not use or provide this personal information until finishing the correction or deletion.
④ Exercising the rights related to item 1 can be done by the legally authorized agent or assignee of users. In this case, power of attorney should be presented as the form of addendum 11 of the Personal privacy protection law.

6. Destruction of personal information
Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘kgi.ai’, referred to as a corporate website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) destroys the relevant personal information right after fulfilling the purpose of personal information processing as soon as possible. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.

- Procedure
The information input by users is moved into the separate database (or separate document) after fulling the purpose, and this will be stored or removed as soon as possible after the period regulated by internal guidelines and the relevant law. In this case, personal information moved into the database will not be used for other purposes except the allowance by laws.
- Deadline
Personal information will be destroyed within five days after the final date of the holding period, and the effective date about fulfilling the purpose of personal information processing and closing the service or business, etc.
- Method
Information in electronic files is destroyed by a technical method not to be replayed again. The printed personal information is shattered.

7. Securing the safety of personal information
According to item 28 of Personal privacy protection law, Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘kgi.ai’, referred to as a corporate website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) takes the following technical/managerial and physical actions for securing safety.

1) Restricted persons of dealing with personal information and related training
Persons dealing with personal information are delegated and restricted to operate the plan of managing personal information.
2) Internal periodical audit
To secure the safety of personal information processing, an internal audit is quarterly conducted.
3) Establishment and operation of the internal management plan
To safely process personal information, the internal management plan is established and operated. 
4) Encryption of personal information
The personal information of users is stored and managed by encryption, so only users themselves can recognize it. In case of important data, separate security function such as encryption of files and data transmission and lock of files is used.
5) Technical plan to prevent hacking, etc.
To prevent the leak and damage of personal information by hacking or computer virus, etc., Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘kgi.ai’, referred to as a corporate website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) installs the security program, conduct the periodical check and renewal, operate the system in the restricted area, and oversees in technical/physical perspectives.
6) Restriction of access to the personal information
Restriction of access to personal information by imposing the access right, modification, and deletion about database system of personal information is made, and the unauthorized access from external parties is controlled by intrusion prevention system.
7) Storage of access information and preventing counterfeit 
Access information in the personal information processing system is stored and managed at least during six months, and the security function to prevent counterfeit, theft, or missing access information is used.
8) Control of access by unauthorized personnel
Physical storage about holding the personal information is in a separate location, and the access and its control are established and operated.
